I’m the owner of Sweet Dream Bakes! A lover of all things cute, flowers, sunsets and dreamy skies, and elaborate tea party set ups. I am a human, k-pop fan, and foodie before I am a business owner. You can find me at your favorite spots in Seattle, or traveling for inspiration and finding new flavors to bring back to you. I want to be your go to for not too sweet cake art with all your favorite things and create the happiest possible memories for your special days in life.


As a 2nd gen Asian-American woman, I take great pride in bringing unique Asian flavors to my cakes & sharing the love for these wonderful ingredients. I want to bring you a taste of home or introduce you to flavors the world has to offer. My favorite flavors include ube, pandan, matcha, hojicha, black sesame, taro, Vietnamese coffee, and more. Food is the most delicious transfer of cultures, stories, and experiences, and I can’t wait to share mine with you.

My Story

Throughout my school years, all of my electives were art classes. Painting & drawing, jewelry & metals, you’d find me in the art room or sketching in my note books more days than not. Art has always been a part of me. And then I found culinary arts and got to put two of my favorite things together. Now, I get to make art with cakes! 👩‍🎨🎨👩‍🍳🎂

I’ve known baking was my calling since sophomore year of high school, 10 years ago. I loved baking fundraiser cookies with my mom as a child, but in high school, I decided to try making a new cake recipe for the holiday feast. I looked up the technique for a Buche de Noel cake and made it, getting fascinated by the double boiler whipping technique and making my first sponge cake.

Seeing the smiles on everyone’s face after trying my cake gave me so much joy. Learning the technique was so fun, I started sharing my baking adventures with #sweetsmonday every week for the rest of my school days, and I continue to share it with the world now. I love being able to put what people love on cakes to make their special day even brighter. 🥰 Be it a fandom, game, show, or any theme, we can figure out a method to transfer your passion onto ours for the best celebration of your life. You deserve to celebrate who you are and what you love most with the people you care about.

Baked with Care

Our cakes are made with a cotton-soft cloud cake and milky buttercream for a treat that is light and not too sweet! They are meticulously made from scratch using high quality ingredients and an abundance of care and attention. My family has taught me how to spread love through food and acts of kindness. Making food for others is our love language. We are here to take care of the sweets for your celebrations so you can spend more time with your loved ones.

The milk nougat, also known as Snowflake Crisp, is our favorite snack in the world and includes a delightful combination of flavors and textures in one bite! Chewy, airy, crispy, light, and not too sweet.

Travel and culture is a huge part of our brand. We love going straight to the source to try new flavor combos and gain inspiration. We look forward to sharing our story and sweets with the people of Seattle! 💗
